[17] [01] Distribution of Alcohol to Minors
- Knowingly sells an alcoholic drink to a person under the age of 21.
- Fails to ID a person who appears under the age of 40 and completes a transaction of an alcoholic drink.
Distribution of Alcohol to Minors is a Misdemeanour Offense.
Fine: $500
This includes the loss of the liquor license to the business.
[17] [02] Misdemeanour Possession of Narcotics
- Is in possession of a Schedule I-III Drug without a prescription from a licensed pharmacist.
- Is in possession of a Schedule I-III Drug without carrying in the proper sealed container. A) Is in possession of a Schedule I-III Drug in the quantity of < 10 grams.
Misdemeanour Possession of Narcotics is a Misdemeanour Offense.
Felony Fine: $2,000
Jail Time: 30 Seconds
Fine: $500
Misdemeanour Possession of Narcotics becomes a Felony Offense when the quantity of drugs is > 10 grams.
[17] [03] Possession of Narcotics with Intent to Sell
- Is in possession of a Schedule I-III Drug in the quantity of > 20 grams.
- Is in possession of common equipment used in the transaction of narcotics or other distribution processes.
Possession of Narcotics with Intent to Sell is a Felony Offense.
Felony Fine: $5,000
