[03] [01] False Imprisonment
(a) This is intentionally or knowingly restraining another
(i) Unless the victim is exposed to a substantial risk of serious bodily injury.
(b) It is a defence if the person restrained is a child under 14 and the actor was a relative with the sold intent of assuming lawful control of the child.
False Imprisonment is a Misdemeanour Offense.

[03] [02] Kidnapping
(a) When one intentionally or knowingly abducts another person, unless the abduction was done without the use or threatened use of deadly force, by a relative of the person abducted and the sold intent was to assume lawful control of the person abducted.
Kidnapping is a Felony Offense.
Fine: $3,500
[03] [03] Aggravated Kidnapping
(a) When one commits kidnapping and in addition does one of the following acts:
- Holds the victim for randoms or reward.
- Uses the victim as a shield or hostage.
- Injures the victim.
- Terrorizes the victim or a third person.
Aggravated Kidnapping is a Felony Offense.
