[07] [01] Burglary

(a) Burglary occurs when one enters a building with intent to commit theft.

(i) Entry means entry of any part of the body or object connected to the body.

(ii) To enter lawfully and remain concealed is a burglary.

(a) When one intends to commit a felony or any theft at the time of unauthorized entry of a vehicle is made.

(i) Entry means entry of any part of the body or object connected to the body.

Burglary of Vehicles is a Felony Offense

[07] [03] Criminal Trespass

(a) When one enters or remains on property or building without effective consent and they;

  1. Had notice that entry was forbidden.
  2. Received notice to depart but failed to comply.

(i) Entry means the intrusion of the entire body; and notice means; Oral or written communication by the owner or someone with apparent authority to act for the owner. Fencing or other enclosure obviously designed to exclude intruders. Signs posted to be reasonably likely to come to the attention of intruders.

Criminal Trespass is a Misdemeanour Offense
Jail Time: 50 Seconds
