[05] [01] Arson
(a) When one starts a fire or explosion of another's habitation or building.
(b) When one sets fire to own building in attempt to collect insurance.
Arson is a Felony Offense.
Fine: $5,000. Not including court fees for damage to property.
[05] [02] Criminal Mischief
(a) When one intentionally or knowingly damages or destroys property of another and causes a financial loss or inconvenience.
(b) When one intentionally or knowingly tampers with the property of another and causes a financial loss or inconvenience.
