[14] [01] Disorderly Conduct
Info: A person commits an offense if one intentionally or knowingly:
- Uses abusive, indecent, profane, or vulgar language in a public place, and the language by its very utterance tends to incite an immediate breach of the peace.
- Makes an offensive gesture or display in a public place, and the gesture or display tends to incite an immediate breach of the peace.
- Creates, by chemical means, a noxious and unreasonable order in a public place.
- Makes unreasonable noise in a public place or in or near a private residence that one has no right to occupy.
- Fights with another in a public place.
- Discharges a firearm in a public place other than a public highway.
- Displays a firearm or other deadly weapon in a place in a manner calculated to alarm.
- Exposes genitals in a public place and is reckless about whether another may be present who will be offended or alarmed by the act.
Disorderly Conduct is a Misdemeanour Offense.

Info: Riot means the assemblage of seven or more persons resulting in conduct which:
- Creates an immediate danger of damage to property or injury to persons.
- Substantially obstructs law enforcement or other governmental functions.
- By force, threat of force, or physical action deprives any person of a legal right or disturbs any person in the enjoyment of a legal right.
Riot is a Misdemeanour Offense.

[14] [03] False Alarm or Report
Info: An offense is committed when one communicates a report of a present, past, or future bombing, fire, or other emergency that one knows is a false that would ordinarily:
- Cause action to be taken by an official or volunteer agency organized to deal with emergencies.
- Place a person in fear of imminent serious bodily injury.
- Prevent or interrupt the occupation of a building, room, place of assembly, or aircraft, automobile, or any other mode of conveyance.
False Alarm or Report is a Misdemeanour Offense.

[14] [04] Cruelty to Animals
Info: A person commits an offense if one intentionally or knowingly:
- Tortures or seriously overworks an animal.
- Fails unreasonably to provide necessary food, care, or shelter for an animal in ones custody.
- Abandons unreasonably an animal in ones custody.
- Transports or confines an animal in a cruel manner.
- Kills or injures an animal without legal authority or the owner's effective consent, or causes one animal to fight with another.
Animal is considered a domesticated living creature and wild living creature previously captured.
Cruelty to Animals is a Misdemeanour Offense.
