(a) A person commits an offense if one.

  3. Intentionally destroys, conceals, removes, or otherwise impairs the verity, legibility, or availability of a governmental record.

(a) A person commits an offense if one impersonates a public servant with intent to;

  1. Induce another to submit to his official authority.
  2. Rely on his pretend official acts.
