All motor vehicles that are operated on a roadway must be equipped with the following equipment (listed below). For the purpose of this section, a golf cart is considered a motorcycle as long as the golf cart is being operated on a roadway that has a speed limit of 25 MPH or less.

  1. Headlights: Exception: Motorcycles may only have one headlight.
  2. Red Taillights: Must be enabled during darkness or in climate weather.
  3. Red Breaking Lights
  4. Turn Signals: Turn signals are not required if hand signals are being used in a commercial vehicle.
  5. White Reverse Indicator
  6. Windshield: Exception: Motorcycles.
  7. Rear Viewing Mirrors
  8. Horn

All vehicles must not be equipped with the following:

  1. ^ Flashing lights: Exception: Emergency vehicles, construction vehicles, utility vehicles, tow vehicles, and turn signals.
  2. ^ Vehicle Lighting
  3. ^ Vehicle Markings: Non-emergency vehicles must not be equipped with any markings that match those on an emergency vehicle.
  4. ^ Sirens: Exception: Emergency Vehicles.
  5. ^ Armour Plating.
Vehicle equipment is an Infraction.
Jail Time: No jail time.

Fine: $200 Per Violation.

If the offense is marked with ^ then the vehicle may be impounded at the discretion of the officer.
