  1. On all highways, a vehicle shall be driven on the right half of the roadway or the right solid double parallel lines except as follows. A) Yellow markings do not prohibit a driver from crossing the making if (1) turning to the left at an intersection or into or out of a driveaway or private road, or (2) making a u-turn under the rules that govern that turn. B) When overtaking or passing another vehicle proceeding in the same direction and the action can be taken without crossing a solid yellow or white line. C) On a roadway that is restricted to one-way traffic.
Driving on the Right Side is an Infraction.
