[16] [03] Driving Without a License
- A person who operates a motor vehicle without a valid license in their possession is guilty under this section.
- Any resident of San Andreas who operates a motor vehicle must posses a valid San Andreas drivers license. Exceptions are as follows: A) The person operating the vehicle has been a resident for less than 10 days and has a valid drivers license in another state. B) The person is operating a vehicle registered to the federal government and they are authorized to be driving the vehicle.
Driving Without a License is an Misdemeanour Offense.
Fine: $1,000
Vehicles being operated by a persons who does not hold a valid license, may be impounded at the officers discretion.
