  1. A person shall not drive, move, or leave standing on a street or parking facility any motor vehicle or trailer unless it is registered and the appropriate fees have been paid.
  2. Any motor vehicle which is based in San Andreas or primarily used in the state of San Andreas shall be registered in San Andreas. Exceptions are as follows: A) A motor vehicle properly registered in any state that has operated in San Andreas for less than 90 days may not be registered in San Andreas. B) Any motor vehicle properly registered to the federal government.
  3. License plates shall at all times be securely fastened at the rear and front of the motor vehicle which they are issued to. Plates shall be fastened in a manner which prevents the plate from swinging and is clearly visible. Plate characters shall be upright and display from left to right and kept in a condition which leaves characters legible.
  4. Proof of registration shall be carried in the motor vehicle which it is issued to at all times while being operated.
Vehicle Registration is an Infraction.
