  2. A person who drives a vehicle or operates heavy machinery requiring a commercial drivers license at or above the legal limit of 0.04 percent BAC.
  3. A person who is under the age of 21 and drives a vehicle or operates heavy machinery at or above the legal limit of 0.04 percent BAC.
  4. A person who drives a vehicle or operates heavy machinery while under the influence of awareness-altering drugs.
Driving Under the Influence is a Misdemeanour Offense.
