[09] [05] Fraudulent Destruction, Removal, or Concealment of Writing
Info: If with intent to defraud, one destroys, removes, conceals, or alters any writing which includes:
- Printing or any other method of recording information.
- Money, coins, tokens, stamps, seals, credit cards, badges, trademarks.
- Symbols of value, right, privilege or identification.
- Labels, price tags, or marking on goods.
Fraudulent Destruction, Removal, or Concealment of Writing automatically becomes a Felony Offense if a will, deed, mortgage, or any writing that the law provides for a public record is involved.
