[09] [03] Credit Card Abuse
- Use of the card without effective consent of the cardholder.
- Use of a fictitious credit card or the pretend numbers of a fictitious card.
- Theft of a credit card or with knowledge of it being stolen, receipt of a credit card with intent to use it.
- Buying a credit card from a person known not to be the issuer.
- Not being the issuer, selling a credit card.
- Using the cardholders credit to obtain property or service that the cardholder is not financially able to pay.
- Without effective consent, writing or signing one's name or the name of another credit card.
- Possessing two or more incomplete credit cards that have not been issued to one with intent to complete them.
Credit card Abuse is a Felony Offense.
