1. The person agrees with one or more persons that they, or one or more of them, will engage in conduct that would constitute the offence.
2. The person or one or more of the parties performs an overt act in pursuance of the agreement.
3. An agreement constituting a conspiracy may be inferred from the acts of the parties.
